Salary: Negotiable, based on experience

Overview: Lead Installer to oversee the installation of residential and small commercial HVAC projects. The successful candidate will have over 5 years of experience and an EPA Certification. NATE Certificate a plus but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Install, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems.
• Install and connect motors, condensers, compressors, fans, control panels, switches, fuses, gauges, ducts, piping, expansion/discharge valves, temperature/humidity controls, and related components.
• Maintain and be accountable for materials and supplies for each job.
• Must be professional, courteous, and respectful to customers and fellow employees.
• Communicate effectively with customers, management, and office associates.
• Complete work in a safe, timely, and professional manner.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years HVAC Technician experience
• EPA Certification (NATE Certification a plus but not required)
• Professional appearance, good hygiene, and grooming
• Must have own hand tools
• Ability to lift over 60 pounds
• Clean driving record, no drug abuse
• Willing to provide a background check
• No vulgar/obscene body markings

• 8-hour shift, day shift, Monday to Friday, on-call availability
