A maintenance agreement ensures your HVAC system receives regular care, helping prevent unexpected breakdowns, improve energy efficiency, and extend the lifespan of your equipment. Routine tune-ups can also keep your system running within warranty requirements.

Our maintenance agreement includes bi-annual tune-ups (spring and fall), priority scheduling for repairs, discounts on parts and labor, and an 8% discount on new system installations if purchased between service visits.

We provide two scheduled tune-ups per year—one in the spring for your air conditioner or heat pump and one in the fall for your furnace or heating system. These visits ensure your equipment is prepared for the demands of each season.

As a maintenance plan member, you’ll receive priority scheduling and discounted rates on any necessary repairs between tune-ups, giving you peace of mind year-round.
